Sample Wedding Menu

We are taking reservations for 2023 and we offer an all-inclusive allergen-smart, micro-local, organic NON GMO Shambala Farm Bistro & Bakery Wedding Menu for 40-60 for our all-in-one authentic Farm Wedding Package $4500. Slight variations afforded, and other variation/additions can be purchased. Menu is prepared by your Chef Host Nancy, also being a restaurateurs/caterer, and items will have ingredient labeling for convenient guest reviewing. All will be Nut/Soy Free (except coconut in salad unless omitted), and most ingredients are locally sourced, ancient grain NON GMO Organic, Gluten Free, egg, dairy, oat, corn and/or rice free, and many items are Vegan to include cake if desired!

Pre-Wedding refreshment station

Fresh herbal iced teas sourced on the farm, our signature Shambala Barista, custom designed organic/shade grown/fair traded medium coffee blend.

Oaty Gluten Free ancient grain cookies with nuts and fruits, and our gourmet Sunset Rolls set up with toaster, jams and peanut butter as a station by the swingset, centrally located for bridal party, guest/family arrivals, and ping pong table!

Espresso station package available for purchase featuring also our renowned Camano fresh-roasted Espresso Blend of S/Central American sourced beans!


Post wedding gourmet Bistro-BBQ Buffet Menu 

Case of Washington Passion Fruit Wine for guests, Champagne for Bride & Groom to toast occasion.

BBQ Chicken Legs w/sauce (Nick is truly regionally famous for these, fall of the bone marvels) x60- will be grilled in the patio commons, off kitchen.

10 robust pizzas

2 large (local caught) BBQ whole salmons with our famous soy free/vegan tartar and lemons, come gather round the barbie!

Savory Rice Pilaf with Turmeric, chopped raisins and toasted Pepitas.

Balsamic/Olive Oil marinated Grilled Zuchini.

2 hotel pans of seasonal Italian Summer Pasta in tomato sauce, one with local farm-grazed ground beef, the other GFree loaded with fresh picked summer vegetables (V), parmesan side.

20 Garlic & Olive oil Toasted baguettes sliced x3 ea, on our renowned Sunshine Bread (V).

Bottomless summer greens from the gardens, salad will include unique herbs and seasonal flower blooms/fruits, and our signature savory Gluten Free crumbles and our own (from scratch) soy free/vegan dressing recipe assortment.

Tropical Paradise Fantasia fruit salad with seasonal fresh fruit and organic coconut/marshmallows.

Seasonal Raw Veggie tray with same dressings for dips.


Dessert Finish

3-Tier Cake choices would be Deep Chocolate with Fresh Mint icing suggested, Vanilla Raspberry with Fresh Raspberry icing suggested, and Tropical Pina Colada Cake with Passion Fruit Chiffon icing suggested (vanilla cake always an option).

All recipes are incredibly delicious made with nutritious ancient grain pastry flours, gluten/soy free to accommodate variable diets, and can be made dairy free/vegan as desired (lower glycemic/slow burning recipes so kids don't lose their minds over-the-moon with sugar OD!).

Cake display will also include +24 cupcakes OR 3 fresh pies to pair for the full desert reception (or 9 pies/60 cupcakes can be opted less tiered cake), plus fresh seasonal-fruit platter with brown-sugar sour cream dip!
